Where can I get a low-priced guitar lesson in New York area?

My friend told me she got a bass lesson for $15 a month! That sounds like a pretty good price considering that she knows how to play fret-less now too. I wanted to know if I could get any good electric guitar lessons around New York/Queens. Good, thorough lesson. Thanks.
